HRV Resonance
HRV Resonance is the breath and heart moving in sync: the heart rate rises on the inbreath and falls on the outbreath. It is induced with the Holy Trinity of Breath, which means under seven breaths per minute, no pauses and a longer outbreath. He presents it as the bedrock of meditation, confirmed by the Four Proofs.
