Grace Level 1 and 2 - Yogi Explains

Summary

, 13 min

Grace in meditation at two levels. The first is a call and response: controlling the breath into HRV resonance, then inducing deep states and letting go so the tranquil breath, freeze response and roll-up of consciousness can arrive. The second is continuous grace sensed behind life, glimpsed by noticing the subconscious take over walking, driving and reading.
