Chakras
Chakras are projections of the limbic brain through the central nervous system into the body, felt as hurt in the heart, fear in the gut, words stuck in the throat. There are six, from coccyx to medulla. OM Japa into each silences its projection so the energy returns to the brain, a Roll-Up of Consciousness.

Origin vs Doorway of the Chakra - Yogi Explains
Explains chakras as the brain's conflicts projected into the body, and how OM Japa works from each chakra's doorway back to its origin.

A short story of a trapped monkey shows the six chakras as points of attachment, and OM Japa letting them go into a Roll-Up of Consciousness.
01:36Watch from hereWhere it comes up
01:36“And this is exactly how your chakras work.”00:54“So first of all, what are the chakras?”01:37“Ashok Singh told me that each of the chakras has its own personality.”01:31“So first, we have to understand what the chakras are, and this understanding comes from the neurotheologist Todd Murphy and his lineage of knowing, which comes from Michael Persinger.”02:36“To understand all of this and to understand Lahiri's three knots, we have to begin to understand the chakras.”11:25“The old yogis said there are six, and the older yogis said there were four.”17:53“That's the projection from the brain into the chakra, and the chakra is like a little pool, and it's reflecting all of that information which is projected down by the brain, and when I Om into it, it's as if I slap the water, and so that projection that was being held in the chakra is broken momentarily.”10:25“We have feelings of desire in the second chakra, and we have fear in the third chakra.”01:35“The brain and its projections go through that entire system of your central nervous system, and that creates the front, middle, and back of each chakra.”04:46“If I start with Earth and I'm going to come up with physical answers, and I'll write that down in my list, and then I look at the second chakra, that's water.”03:39“That is the first three chakras, and that means your mind, the part of yourself which reaches out and attaches into the world and won't let go for anything, right?”12:32“So you got a first chakra that's worried about security.”06:18“And now let's take that and let's transfer that same learning into a chakra, okay?”08:47“So we have one, two, three, Earth, Water, Fire, and Sita rises through all three, and only then does she embrace Rama in the heart.”01:49“And the primary barrier to that roll-up of consciousness is right here, right in the third chakra at the location of the navel.”15:30“After love comes wisdom, the throat chakra.”05:50“That is Arjuna, the third chakra, the ego, where most of us reside, most of our lives, worrying about things, worrying, having fears, striving for something better, striving for love.”03:49“So, when we're talking about chakras, there's actually six from the coccyx to the medulla.”01:09“I'm talking about every single chakra from the coccyx to the medulla.”08:12“Notice that those normal concerns of the lower three chakras, right?”05:03“Those feelings, those old feelings, and those old small and large traumas are held inside of the chakras, and as the bliss arises, it starts pushing out those negative things as well.”01:18“So first we have to have a little bit of an idea of what the chakras actually are, and they're a ghost in the machine.”00:42“And what it is, you have a brain, you have a central nervous system, and the brain is projecting its content down into the body so that we can make sense out of it.”14:11“All of this is a projection in the chakras, and so we're Oming into those chakras, and we're wiping that out, we're wiping out and cleaning out the brain through this wonderful handle of the chakras that the central nervous system has provided for us.”11:14“So between the third chakra and between the heart, we have this large tract of territory”07:24“So the Aswattha tree is actually referring to your six chakra system and the divinity held within that system.”11:38“And another thing that you might see are reflections of the chakras.”02:03“How I can incorporate Om Japa into my meditation every single day and see how it deepens the silence, because you've got a brain, and that brain is projecting material down into your body through the central nervous system.”01:01“Okay, we've got a brain and we've got a central nervous system, and these two things hook together through what we call chakras, okay?”09:06“It's really good for any of the chakras, and just breathe through any of those six chakras from the coccyx to the medulla, from the from the ajna down.”04:06“And all of those have to do in our psychology and and our physical reactions in the lower three centers, the lower three chakras, all right?”01:47“And so what he taught me was that all emotions will show up in the chakras, right?”16:23“Play around with it, and then once you have a little bit of that in in these in the heart and the throat, see if you can feel anything similar in any other chakra, any of the six right, from the medulla to the coccyx.”05:00“In the form of chakras, the limbic brain is projecting itself through the central nervous system”02:44“Well, the biggest tool in the room are these projections.”09:46“So the chakras kind of have a continuum.”03:24“So when you see the writings of Lahiri Mahasaya, and you see that gorgeous picture of the chakras, where you see all these lines going back to the brain, that is his picturization of the projection of the limbic brain.”12:54“And each one of these centers in the these six different centers, which are called chakras, store different kinds of in behavior pattern.”06:08“The whole of your brain is projected down into the body, and every piece of the body contains the whole of your brain, and this is exactly how the chakras work.”08:26“That's how the chakra system works, and it's the binding factor which passes through the brain every twenty five milliseconds, which is binding all of that together and making it one coherent whole.”03:07“Now, that's really really interesting, especially in the way that that I speak about the chakras as a projection of the limbic brain.”05:55“And yogis we call those things chakras, but they are projections of your limbic brain.”11:25“They're projected down, and we call those chakras.”17:02“That is overcoming vikshepa, because it's those projections of the limbic brain, which we call chakras, which have us projected out into the world, right?”02:40“So I just want to give you this warning because within the Panchanon Bhattacharya lineage, we are very very concerned with the medulla and everything down below because there's this intuitive grasp that the limbic brain projects into the chakras, and we have to clean that material, clean the projections of the limbic brain as they are projected into the body.”06:55“So in our meditative journey, we are taking all of these things, specifically, we're taking the projections of the limbic brain, which we call chakras, we're taking them and making them conscious.”05:13“So this is a natural process of life, and in yoga, we are taking that projection from the limbic brain, which is we call the chakras, and we are short circuiting it.”04:16“So you can see that I'm really, really affecting the third chakra, and the third chakra holds fear, our fear.”07:52“So, one by one, we silence the projections of the limbic brain as they appear in the body, in what we call chakras.”09:32“There's a lot of noise going on outside, so I'm just going to very quickly go over each chakra and what they mean.”02:45“Bhima, in turn, trips and falls and is absorbed by Yudhishthira, the throat center.”08:34“So it this is why Kriya Yoga, this is why cleaning your chakras, because there's so much unconscious material that you can't understand or put your finger on consciously.”04:34“The chakras are six.”02:01“All these points are not in the front of the body.”01:58“We have the terminology chakra, but but really they're just a nexus of nerves.”05:21“The the more original yoga will always have six centers.”07:32“Now, here's something you you don't hear every day: the sound of the the throat, cervical spinal center, and the medulla center, and the ajna chakra or the third eye center are all very, very similar.”03:33“When you look at pictures of chakras, they show all these petals coming off of the lotuses versus the lower three chakras.”00:19“So here we have, down below, the first three chakras.”03:45“Well, you have these powerhouses of chakras”07:26“Of course, this is the chakras.”12:43“Nature has given us this amazing projection of a handle through the chakra system, the six chakras, and if we Om into them, we feel the chakra, we Om into it.”03:47“I have projections down in the body forming the chakras.”01:01“We've done a tremendous amount of clearing of the lower chakras, clearing of the subconscious, very, very quickly through this breathwork.”05:48“Fear is in the third chakra.”12:04“It's lifting our consciousness out of the dirt of the lower three chakras.”04:40“So Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Ether, in the chakras, right?”10:07“So the chakras are our nervous system, and we are we have a brain, and that brain is reflected into the nervous system, and so we say, oh my god, I have hurt in my heart.”11:59“You go into each of the chakras, and I'm only talking about the six, right?”12:54“Yogi experiences that as chakras.”04:34“Each chakra is a little pot of water held in our nervous system, and we can look into it and see our reflection.”01:56“So one of the things that that sharp jab of the diaphragm into the third chakra center, what it's doing is it's stimulating the third center.”02:23“What's really exciting about the caudate nucleus for the Kriya yogi is that we do a lot of sensing inside the chakras, and to do that sensing well, we have to use this part of the brain.”01:53“getting rid of all the karmic seeds in our databases that are at each chakra”14:06“It it goes into the projections of the limbic brain, which we call chakras, and most of the understandings that of Kundalini that are out there are grossly mistaken.”04:07“Now as the projections of the limbic brain, which we call chakras, as those are silenced, then the body itself begins to disappear from your awareness.”03:59“It means when you silence all of the projections of the limbic brain as they go into the body, we call those chakras, right?”10:47“And so that is the third chakra in the body.”04:09“It's so he does a lot of movements around the heart, around the first and second chakra, and also around the area of the Ajna chakra.”14:28“Now a lot of people think that there are seven chakras, but there are not.”01:35“You're going to contact different centers in your spine, and when you contact those centers of energy, then it's going to have a reflexive effect on your physiology, and that can be tracked through how the breath travels through your nasal cavity, and that that is what the breath states are.”06:06“We need to contact all of those centres in the spine.”
