Concept
Medulla
The medulla, the swelled top of the spinal cord at the base of the skull, is the breath and heart center and the true ajna chakra, which the spiritual eye mirrors. Resting attention there slows heart and breath, so Kriya revolves around it. It is found by feeling a tiny screw turning into the skull.
Start with these
Kriya is Medulla Centric
He finds the medulla with the screw image and explains why resting there lowers the heart rate and lengthens the breath.

He explains why the real point is the medulla and not the forehead light, and shows a wall stretch that makes the medulla easier to feel.

05:51“The medulla is the breath center and the heart center.”10:10“The third thing, if I had to boil down all of his teachings to three things, the third thing I would say is the medulla.”00:27“So I've been saying for some time now the medulla is extremely important.”00:07“So, I want to talk a little bit about the medulla, how to find it, and why it's so important for the meditating yogi.”00:48“And when you strain the back of your neck, in that moment, that is the medulla oblongata.”02:30“And pulling your hair up like that will help to stretch the back of the neck, open the medulla, and make it easier for a yogi to sense the medulla oblongata, which is the correct location of the ajna chakra.”02:10“The Kutastha really though is just a mirror image of another part of the brain, which is all the way towards the back, and that is the medulla oblongata.”08:37“And the medulla is the heart regulator.”03:27“He said the spiritual eye is for powers mostly, and the medulla is for realization.”13:12“We want to use the medulla.”06:41“So how do we feel the medulla at the base of the brain, at the very top of the cervical vertebrae?”15:16“This part is okay to breathe through all the way through the medulla.”18:19“Now for the medulla, Ashok said, you get that aha moment, oh my god, and you strain the back of your neck.”05:18“And so, for the Ajna chakra, that is going to be the medulla, or right above the medulla.”04:51“By the way, the medulla is the breath center and the heart center.”11:48“You go back like this into the medulla.”13:43“Finally, we get to the medulla.”12:16“Make that tiny movement and feel the pinnacle of the cervical vertebrae going into the skull, and that's how you find the medulla.”23:28“Well, it's right about here in the center at the top of the cervical vertebrae where the cervical vertebrae rest with the skull.”01:10“And one of the things that my teacher Ashok Singh told me was that when we come up into the brain and we rest in the medulla, that means we rest our attention on the medulla.”11:01“So if it gets really strong, pull everything back to the medulla.”15:44“Now, we're going to go all the way up into the medulla, and so to find the medulla, how do we do that?”02:54“And all of this is regulated by the medulla.”01:53“then we get established deeper into into the sixth chakra, which is the medulla oblongata, Krishna chakra, Guru chakra”08:26“So if you feel it here, or you feel it here, or you feel it in the back, and it starts to bother you, you can gently imagine that you are drawing it back to the medulla.”15:59“So draw that magnetic sensation back into that medulla, and that will help you to stabilize.”04:38“The medulla is the source of the spiritual eye.”04:19“Oh, the the aha experience resonates within the medulla oblongata, and that is the sixth chakra.”15:33“There should be no action that takes place above the medulla.”09:27“Remember the medulla, and just kind of suggest to that sensation that it go back into the medulla, and you'll feel it draw back into the medulla where it's very pleasurable and it's not so intense if it happens to be intense for you.”01:48“The medulla is the breath center.”00:52“It is your medulla.”03:07“And how do we find the medulla oblongata with our with our heart mind?”11:52“It's designed first of all for the chakras, and so the chakras actually go up to the medulla.”11:36“From the first day that I met Ashokji, he told me my purpose is to get you into the medulla when you have a roll-up of consciousness into the brain, into the deep brain, and you can Google God.”02:19“Probably better to put your mind on the medulla.”12:18“Use the medulla instead.”09:05“Ashokji told me, go up into the medulla, lodge yourself powerfully into the medulla.”13:21“So we free the consciousness from attachment from the lower concerns, and we rise up and we come into the area of the medulla, and he says that's where we Google God.”06:36“So, if we found the medulla, which is back here, we find that point where the neck screws into the skull, and then we come forward and up.”03:48“This is where we interact with the medulla, and we get a download of information from the higher self.”09:01“So he had to relax the chest and get into the tranquil breath, and he had to relax the face and really withdraw backwards from the face towards the medulla, and the medulla is the pinnacle of the dorsal parasympathetic system.”07:22“If we're on the medulla, then we just keep the attention on the medulla.”03:51“We're constricting the throat, and so that constriction is activating the two carotid sinuses in the neck, and this is a pressure valve in your neck, and it will send a signal to your medulla that there's increased pressure, and therefore it will automatically begin to lower the heart rate.”10:50“It's beautiful because the medulla chakra is the Krishna chakra beautifully.”00:44“This particular kriya goes to the medulla, then goes forward to the spiritual eye, and then comes up over the brain and then back down.”11:51“That's the medulla.”08:51“Let's try the medulla oblongata, and the whole body as one.”00:41“And so when your heart rate gets too high, your the the valve here where the blood passes through, it sends a signal to the medulla, and the medulla sends a signal to the heart, hey, things are going too fast, we better slow this down.”04:05“My medulla, that is the medulla oblongata, and he merges with it.”03:08“So sinus arrhythmia, because this point has to do with the medulla oblongata and the regulation of the heart rate.”12:18“So if you look at the brain, you can see that there's the medulla, and then on top of the medulla is the midbrain, and then there's the fornix, and on and on, it stacks right up into the pineal gland.”03:53“This is a pressure valve which sends a signal to the medulla and then down to the heart to slow things down.”01:20“And that's why I tell everybody, remember the medulla.”14:06“If you look at the dorsal vagal nerve, you can see very clearly it is the only one that goes straight into the medulla.”03:04“You're going to see it as if it's in front of you, but you're actually seeing a reflection of what's behind you in the medulla oblongata.”18:00“And all of that energy is going to find its way back to the pineal gland and the medulla, and that point is so important.”
