Ho'oponopono
A Kahuna forgiveness practice from Hawaii, as Tad James taught it. The simple version chants "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you" toward a person. The deeper version fills oneself and that person with light, unburdens the heart, listens, then cuts the aka cord. Done inwardly, it shifts a difficult relationship without confronting anyone.
